Timothy Reeve
Owner
Tim was born and raised in Washington State and was exposed to the Workers’ Compensation system from a young age. He left Washington State to receive his B.A. in English and his Certificate of Applied Business from University of Colorado, Boulder. He returned to the Pacific Northwest to graduate from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. During law school, Tim focused on business formation and civil litigation. He also founded, developed and taught a program in law school that addresses beer and wine licensing and regulation.
After law school, Tim joined Reeve Shima P.C. where he was able to hone his detail-oriented approach and out of the box thinking to legal matters. He has continued to expand his Workers’ Compensation knowledge. Tim has given speeches on a wide range of topics to several different associations. He founded Reeve Law Firm in October 2017. He is currently the vice-president of Professionals in Workers’ Compensation.
Elizabeth Reeve
Attorney
Ms. Reeve has been representing Washington employers for over 30 years. Ms. Reeve initially focused on representing self-insured employers and all employers in all types of employment actions, including disability discrimination, FMLA and ADA issues. Ms. Reeve has litigated cases before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, the Superior courts, federal courts, and appellate courts. She has a great deal of courtroom and practical experience.
Ms. Reeve attended the University of Michigan and Albion College. She attended Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College. She was an associate editor of the Law Review. Ms. Reeve has served as the legal chair of the Legislative Committee for Workers' Compensation for Washington Self-Insurers' Association. She was selected as a "Super Lawyer" by the readers of Washington Law and Politics several timed and was awarded the Heavy Hitters' Award by the Association of Washington Business. She has provided numerous training seminars to audiences on a variety of topics.


Haile Williams
Administrator
Haile assists with the day to day operations of the firm. She is also a freelance Administrator for Behavioral Therapists in addition to her organizational expertise. She has a background in catering and restaurant management.
